SUBSCRIPTION RATES FOR 2008 (CALENDAR YEAR)
Do not send a fee with your application form – you will be asked for payment when your application is approved.
1. Entrance Fees - payable once upon joining

Notes:
1. In the first year the Entrance Fee is payable in addition to the Annual Subscription.
2. Family membership includes husband, wife and children of cadet status.
3. Cadet members are those aged between 5 and 18 years on 1 January in any year or who are in full time education. Cadets under 16 years must join with a parent or guardian as the main member (Not social).
4. The following discounts apply to Annual Subscriptions and Boat Fees (but not the Entrance Fee). If joining in June, July, August, or September -25%, October, November and December - 50%. The membership year runs from 1st January to 31st December
5. Boat Fees are payable on all boats sailed at the Club whether berthed there or not.
6. All fees are payable on approval of membership. (Fees and subscriptions are not refundable)
7. Only boats of classes approved by the main committee may be sailed at the club.
8. Papercourt is primarily a racing club and the opportunities for cruising are limited.
9. All members must carry out duties as allocated on the racing programmes.
10. Club rules must be obeyed at all times.

I understand that members are required to carry out Club duties as shown in the Race Programme and that if I do not do so without good cause then it will “prejudice the interests of the Club” and could lead to withdrawal of membership. If unable to perform the duties on the date(s) shown I will arrange for another member to substitute for me, and advise the Rota Organiser in good time.
I accept that all sailing is at my sole risk. I declare that I hold and will maintain a Policy of Insurance that will provide an Indemnity to Third Parties for an amount of not less than £2,000,000 in respect of my boat(s) whilst on the Club premises or Club water. I further declare that I will ensure that my boat(s) has / have adequate buoyancy when sailed on the Club water.

Data Protection Policy: Papercourt Sailing Club stores and processes personal data for the purposes of administration of the club. We do not share data with third parties. We occasionally publish data for the convenience of club members, such as telephone and berthing lists. Members can request that their details be excluded from publication, by informing the Membership Secretary in writing.
Papercourt operates a
